We are excited to celebrate with you in beautiful Alicante. This celebration has been a long time in the making, we can't wait to share it with you.
We want you to be able to relax, enjoy every moment and know exactly what to expect, so we’ve put together a few helpful details to make planning your trip that little bit easier.

Where is the wedding taking place?
We're heading to Spain to celebrate at VIVOOD Landscape Hotel, surrounded by the most incredible mountain views. You'll find all the travel information, direction and useful details throughout this website.
Do I need to stay at VIVOOD?
Yes! As we've reserved the entire hotel exclusively for our wedding, staying at VIVOOD is a requirement for attending the celebrations. One of the main reasons we choose this place is so all our nearest and dearests can stay together in one place.
Rooms have already been allocated and your room category is shown on your Save The Date. There is no need to contact the hotel or make a separate booking.
Please head to the accommodation page on this site to arrange your payment. If you have any questions about your allocation, just let Beth or Paul know.
What is the dress code?
Outdo the bride.
We're giving you full permission to go all out. The dream dress, the statement outfit, the heels you've been saving for a special occasion.
Think long dresses, elevated eveingwear and outfits that deserve their own entrance. No shorts, please. This is your excuse to wear something you've never had the chance to wear before.
Brief is simple: dress to impress and bring the main-chapter energy!

How do I pay for my accommodation?
You can choose to pay for your allocated room in full or in instalments. Head to the accommodation page and select the payment option that works best for you.
What happens if I can no longer attend?
We really hope nothing gets in the way of celebrating together in Spain! As we’ve reserved the entire hotel exclusively for our wedding, accommodation has been allocated in advance and costs are based on our confirmed guest numbers.
Once you’ve RSVP’d, you’ll be committing to your allocated accommodation payment, even if your plans later change. We completely understand that exceptional circumstances and genuine emergencies can happen, so if something unexpected arises, please speak to Beth or Paul as soon as possible.
We’d really appreciate you being certain of your plans before confirming your RSVP, as we’re unable to cover the cost of cancelled accommodation.
Can I use the hotel Spa?
Yes! The hotel and all its facilities (including the spa) are our exclusively throughout our stay so you're free to use it! Please note that spa treatments are not included and will be charged separately. Please let Beth or Paul know if you would like to book a treatment and we can check availability and arrange the appointment once 2028 bookings are open.
Gifts?
Your presence at our wedding is more than enough of a gift! We know that travelling to Spain and being a part of our celebrations is already a big commitment, so please do not feel any pressure to buy us gifts etc. We're just happy to have you there celebrating with us.

How do we get there?
Alicante Airport (ALC) is the closest hub. From there, it is a 45-minute drive to the mountains. You can grab a taxi, hire a car, however, we're looking at arranging a transfer so please do update us on your flights so we can try look into this ASAP.
Are children invited?
We love your little ones, but to keep the celebration intimate, only children who are part of the bridal party will be attending. We hope this gives everyone else the opportunity to enjoy a proper getaway and celebrate with us!
Can I bring a plus-one?
VIVOOD is a small, intimate hotel with a limited number of rooms, all of which have been reserved for our wedding guests. We've carefully allocated each room and finalised our guest list, so unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate additional guests.
What will the weather be like?
June in Spain is usually warm and sunny, so think summer dressing. However, we'll be surrounded by mountains, where evenings can be cooler. You may want to bring something light to throw on when the sun goes down.
When should I arrive?
We have full access of VIVOOD from 12 noon, however, rooms are not available for check in until 3 pm.
We will already be there so please feel free to join us around the pool!
Will there be food and drinks?
Absolutely! We're planning a celebration inspired by the Spanish way of doing things, with plenty to eat, drink and spending time with the ones we love most.
What happens if I have dietary requirements or allergies?
Please make sure you include any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances when completing your RSVP.
Is the venue accessible?
VIVOOD is built into the mountains, so there are some steep paths and inclines around the hotel, particularly up to the ceremony area. The hotel does offer a buggy service to help guests get around.
If you're able to walk comfortably, we kindly ask that you avoid using the buggy service where possible, so it remains available for guests who need additional mobility assistance. If you have any accessibility concerns, please let us know in advance so we can help make arrangements.
Is there anything else I need to do before the wedding?
Please remember to:
- Check your Save the Date for your allocated room categoy
- Complete your RSVP
- Arrange your accommodation payment through the website
- Let us know your flight details once booked
- Tell us if you'd like to extend your stay at VIVOOD
Then all that's left is to countdown to Spain!
